Meat Pies

My meat pies (or Tourtieres) are made with local meat – ground beef, ground pork, chicken, bacon and local vegetables – potatoes, onions, and garlic. Meat pies can be purchased fresh or frozen and are available mid November until mid March and it is best to order ahead as they are not always available. Serves 6-8.
