Hummingbird Cake

A favorite cake from Borrowed Kitchen, this moist spiced cake is filled with bananas and pineapple, and frosted with a lemony cream cheese frosting. Need a little more convincing, it also has toasted coconut and pecans. It is oh so delicious! It can be made gluten friendly and lactose free as well.
